hello colleagues I got a toshiba tv model 13A25 chassis PLC2147SQ this colleagues does not turn on when plugging it on the stanbay led turns off as it goes to learn and turns off immediately and does the same in a matter of seconds the single without giving power since plugged in start doing it alone and does not turn on normal check the + B and has 130 volts change filters of 160 v 100mf, 25v470mf, 16v 2200mf but when I leave it like that for a while, flashing the led light and the screen goes on charging and stays on normal is something weird colleagues I hope your great help regards and thanks

HI . Apparently for what you say the source is protected. TEST CHANGING TR DE SH. AND IF YOU PERSISTS THE FAILURE. TRY TO CUT THE AUDIO OUTPUT POWER TO SEE WHAT IT DOES
