Greetings colleagues, I have a problem and would like your help or advice, I entered the workshop a TV BGH BT2109US with chassis 40-00NX56-MAP1XG that does not have the 3.3v of STV it comes upstream of the choper pin 15 where I should open a 12V voltage that is not therefore change the IC803 PC 123X Otocoupler IC801 NCP 1337 the ZD801 HS16VC and the transistors Q805 and Q806 and I am unable to have voltage on pins 7 and 9 of the choper primary. Now on diode D806 which is the VCC input of the circuit I have 10v should not have 300v as in the source. I would appreciate if anyone has any ideas or I pass this case any comment from now and infinite thanks to all

take out the integrated one and measure if on pin 8 the 300 volts appear, if it does it is the ncp1337 that is bad. greetings

Good morning thanks Victor for your concern I did what you told me but nothing, everything remained the same therefore I went to the problems resolved and I found a post that considers with my chassis, I found many suggestions that served me relatively because it helped me to discard, (As a colleague said it is a circuit with many safety systems on the fart because it is equally damaging but makes the repair cumbersome and difficult)



I entered another with the same fault the same chassis but another brand a telefunken thank God I took them both with the same solution the empty source output diodes and they were fine, the D809- FR107 D810-FR104 D811- FR104 D813-FR104 change them all for FR107, which is the same as a fast diode that supports more voltage and left walking, it is seen that when I gave any voltage was leaking, so that was the solution I leave this post in case a colleague serves regards
