Good afternoon I have a LED TV 32 ", ref 5407 which does not pass the same channel and says on the screen:" key lock "does not allow you to do anything I tried with a universal control brand premier RM 2945 and it did not help where I can find a compatible control or how can I unlock it Thank you

Change all buttons. Or put a blank EEPROM and comment

Sorry for the ignorance but what do you say I should do uncovering the TV? Because the truth is that I'm not technical and I'm afraid of causing more damage because I don't know anything about TV


