The problem is simple .. start to check the communication card of the panel that comes from the video card ... there you will find a fuse (small white 2.5 amps) check if that element is short since the element passes the 5 volts that feed to the integrated ones .. generally due to excessive work or too many hours of use they open up and cause the failure ..
