

Hi, 10N60 will be the same as K10N60W that is the original seems to be, then I close the post

You have to search the datasheet of each component and compare, unfortunately, and this is just my opinion, without a diagram, you cannot be 100% sure; The 10N60 thus dry is a MOSFET transistor; And the K10N60 thus dry results in an IGBT transistor.


