Hi Sofy
Do you know electronic, it is seen that there are overheated things near the stage of horizontal deflection and high voltage; I would start by checking cold welds.
Grqcias for answering my friend Gabriel, I almost don't know about electronics but I like to learn and solve the two plates that it takes, change horizontally and vertically and nothing remains the same, protect yourself.

In these electronics tasks you don't have to change the pieces to change them. It is better to remove the piece under suspicion and try it; If it is in good condition, return it to your site.
I tried to locate the service manual, but I only found this one attached:

You mentioned that it is protected. If it is compatible with your TV model, on page 32 you will find the deflection protection part (both horizontal and vertical), in the upper left part of the diagram. What you are going to check are the voltages, since basically the protections are handled as voltages. There is a protection that I did not see is that of ABL, and is associated with the flyback, along with a sensing circuit of the same. In any case, there is also theory of the device in the same manual and the procedures to follow during the service. It considers that there is high voltage inside the device, between 32 and 36 kV to activate the anodes of the kinescopes, so it is necessary that extreme precautions when making measurements near the flyback, in addition to the focusing voltage that can be between 5 and 10 kV .
