hello people I have a tv14v1 chassis cm003 philco that they brought to me without turning on, I changed the k2671 and 0.2ohm resistor. I turn on the source but I give the volume button and nothing, in the + b130v, memory 4.8v, in the secondary output I have in the 45v there is 38v, in the 12v there is 7.7v, and in the 130v there are 130v . the horizontal is new and apart it was not burned, no doubt the source had a problem, but I managed to activate it, what can it be?

If you already checked the source and changed the regulator. you have to change the opto coupler, and if the tv. have the tl431 change it, then check the filters and diodes that are after choper, there at the 12 volt output. and the others and if all this does not turn on do the following as proof-- disconnect the ic. vertical and you give it power. if there is nothing do the same with the ic. audio and see if the eprom is 5volt. to pin 8. regards

if not, lift the leg 42 of the microphone and see if it changes state
