Check and change it seriously. Better d405 c412 r420 disassemble the cable is 180 and measure if it is 180 check if this tv uses ic as a video amplifier or transistors and comments



Check the good condition of the components in the rectification line (D405 and C411) and filtration (C412) of the 180v source. What voltage do you get directly on the pins of the C412.
