Good morning, I get this Sony TV and as you can see in the image, as soon as it turns on the word SONY appears in the middle of the screen and then disappears ... OSD is not observed or granulated as well as volume is not appreciated. Can you tell me if it is a display problem or what could be the source of the fault? Thanks and regards
