Hello Friend. and that strip is horizontal or from top to bottom of the screen

Horizontal at the top as the screen does not give me complete I have noticed that the screen also looks out of its parameters as below. Because when I give volume you can see only half of the letters at the bottom I have changed electrolytic filters, check them with a capacitor to be safer but I have not solved anything for your help thanks
