friend. measure the voltage on the 7 pins of the ic. vertical and upload results to see if volts are good. in each pin
Friend the voltages are fine on pin 26 of the U12101 VDC Vertical 7.6V, on U14501-5) 13.7V, on pin 1) 9.8V, on pin 7) 9.4V ... the low voltages are on pin 6) 12.5V and in Pin 2) 3.3V in these last 2 pins should be 23V of power as is the plane. But I clarify that I isolate the power point by disconnecting the jumper and measuring 27V although it gives me 4 volts more than what is specified in the plane
friend. I will tell you what you have to do before changing the ic. vertical for better guarantee although that is not your question you just had the doubt and they already gave you more help than you wanted now nose if you want to do the right thing

Greetings friend Karvalo, sorry I had not responded but I was busy with personal matters and had neglected this repair.
As I mentioned before all the reference voltages are OK, replace the related filters and the diode too, the fault remained the same but I have detected the resistors 14508 14509 totally brown and the bands of colors blanacas all.
I suspect the fault is here but I don't know these values I hope you can help me
