I got a 14 inch apx tv model AT1302 chassis no. CN-12C has audio and phantom image washed out I changed the filter from 250 volts to 22 microfarads, also the filter of 470 microfarad at 35 volts next to the flyback and still the same I thought to change the kinescope, but I have not done so thank you for guidance on this fail also clean the card socket of the trc tube and nothing has changed thank you I hope your help
