What voltage do you have in + B and in heater the latter is measured in VAC



checking the voltages in the + b I have 123v and measuring the filament with alternating voltage there is no voltage although there is something strange when I put the red tip of the tester to the heather it gives me 7v without placing the black tip to ground and when I place the black tip to ground the 0v goes down



Hello Friend. If you don't have volt. In the heater line check the resistance that are close to the flayback there you can find that resistance is low homs. and check the filters, diodes in that same horizontal stage. regards
