Good morning companions, I have a smart TV RCA, model RC32J16N-SM that when it connects to the power turns on alone, but when it is starting after the logo a message appears that says deleting system and reaches up to 99% and starts the cycle again, If you could give me advice on this case, I thank you in advance.

Good morning. In the case of RCA screens, it is common to alter the values of the eeprom memory, the result of voltage variations or a half update. and the solution is to replace that memory, or rewrite it.
