Check the good condition or continuity of the demagnetizing coil and components in its working circuit: such as the PTC thermistor track connections on the card and if necessary (some models have an exclusive Relay for this stage) also verify the good condition of the Relay

Any tool that generates magnetic field with alternating current. (Drill, welding gun, etc)
You can also use the demagnetizer of another TV with your PTC thermistor and bring it closer to the TRC ahead
