Goodnight. Franki, I inform you that I was doing the tests you indicated and I checked the voltages on the pins, one gave me 5 V and the output one gave me 171 mV. I was investigating and the output voltage is not correct, so I removed the infrared and tested it on the protoboard and it turned out good. From what I started to review the form, and I could see welds that seemed cold, I proceeded to solve all the welds, close to the infrared and READY, the fault was corrected. In conclusion it was a cold weld. Thank you for your valuable help.
