Check the vertical .... if you raise r830 the protection is canceled and you can see on the screen that it is failing.

Thank you colleagues for your help, the tensions were stable, when I lifted the R830 resistor and turned it on and after a while it began to turn dark and I noticed that there was no tension in the filaments of the tube, so I solved that circuit and resolved the fault.
