Hi, does anyone have any idea how to load the firmware on this TV ... the TV does not finish booting, it makes me a light blue screen, then it goes to Uina Negra and it restarts again ... in the back it has a plus female connector that says service .. is there any file or some way that someone knows to give me a hand I will thank you very much
