For my locality a great variety of diodes are practically unknown, so it has to do as many times we do here, to use a chassis to recover spare parts, or simply to be guided by the characteristics of the component and look for another one that provides the same thing; The super fast diodes here are not known, I think they start commercially with SF, so I can think of a SF24 ...

Hello mate. Any Diode of 1 Amper or more, as minimum 200V and 35ns or greater recovery serves. Here are some examples of the most common diodes: UF4004 / 5/6 (1A 280V 420V 560V respectively), and RGP10G / J / K (1A 280V 420V 560V respectively). You can go to the electronics store and ask for a schottky diode with these characteristics, they will give you what they have and if you have to recycle other plates as they told you. Regards!
