No sound on some channels

Hello everyone. I will describe my problem: About 6 months ago I bought a 32-inch Philips Smart TV model Phg5301-77. The problem is that there are 2 channels that are not heard, look good but have no sound. At first I thought it was a Cablevision problem but then I realized that I was wrong since I have another Smart TV from another brand and all channels are heard well. I hope you can help me. hello german fix these channelers without sound maybe this in mode sap is left without sound maybe in the control have a button to get that function or maybe in menu fijese if it says sap change of form I believe that I say to say greetings

Best regards German friend, if you tried on another TV and if there is audio on those channels, you can try to configure it either on the TV directly if the cable TV is connected to the TV or if it is through a set-top box, in the configuration of those channels there are that if they are in a different mode and only need to activate it on the TV, if the other channels work well I do not think the TV is bad, but as I mention it may be a configuration problem, remember to comment on your resusltados. regards
