Hi friend. the volt. of the ic. vertical is biem. it could be that you went bad tries to put the original 7830 and the video transistors check the resistances that feed them and in one of the images you see that the tv. is in the text configuration. with the black shadow. or you could have a devalued filter. regards

[i] To solve the horizontal lines at the bottom of the image, I suggest adding a ceramic capacitor between 1 000pF (102) to 1 500pF (152), one of its terminals connect it to pin 5 of the LA7833 and the other one to GND (earth or mass).
Regarding the black box, which appears when tuning a channel, this is a consequence of having activated (ON) the function "CC / TT" (Closed Caption / TeleText). Place in the C. R (Remote Control) the key for that function and deactivate it (OFF), if you do not have access to the User Menu to deactivate it.
For the diode 1N4004 do not worry, this is part of the voltage doubler circuit or "Booster". Image formation is given by 30 frames (NTSC) or 25 frames (PAL). Now, given the interline or interlaced system with which this vertical stage works, each frame is formed by 2 fields, one of odd lines and one of even lines, in such a way that the maximum frequency with which this diode works of the voltage doubler circuit, is only 60Hz (NTSC) or 50Hz (PAL) and the working frequency of this 1N4004 diode greatly exceeds this requirement. That said, it is very clear that it is not necessary to use a fast diode for this function.

the black box is the text box of memory goes into menu and configures, and that hot capacitors is over voltage, or failure of the yoke test with another yoke does not matter that it is not the same TV model what matters is the thickness of the cannon and that measures equal or more than the original.
