Viewsonic PJD 5133 video projector Turn on and off

Colleagues, good day. I have a viewsonic PJD5133 video projector. The problem is that it turns on normal, gives video, works ok, but after about a minute the device clicks and the lamp and fans turn off, but the blue power LED is on normal. But it doesn't turn on again if I don't disconnect it. Perform maintenance on fans, clean lamp source. What I noticed at first review, is that the lamp's ceramic socket was loose inside the projector. I do not know if it will be a lamp failure or a failure in the lamp source, since it does not throw any overheating code or something like that ... attached photo of the part that was released from the lamp

as I tell you, that ceramic socket was released from the lamp, the lamp turns on but goes off after a few seconds ... but I don't know if the fault is a lamp or some other problem

to see turn the ceramic please and tell me what you see? Why does that ceramic insulate or protect everything else so that it does not heat look if there is damage due to heating or if the ceramic has something on the other side?

because on the other side it has nothing, only the ceramic ... and the lamp only has the exposed connections, it works, but after a few seconds the lamp and fans turn off, but it does not throw any error ...

good logic logical friend ... if you have nothing that ceramic and assume that without ceramic does not harm anything then let's go to the last point why it took off? .... Of course! for failure in the circuit .... maybe you should try another if you do not want to paste that ceramic with kola loka and carbonate then try another one it may be missing or damaged the integrated lamp

I ask you, does the lamp have integrated? because I don't see anything in the lamp, only the electrical connections ... I already tried sticking the ceramic to the lamp, but the fault persists ..

I think it should have a cooling system and yours stopped working so it came off you must make sure if you bring a fan and a band if the band bursts it does not cool and turns off which is the safest thing that happened

The band you say is in the lamp? because the fans of the team work perfect

I mean cooling, heat dissipation or heat insulation, not specifically a band

Hello good day. Definitely the ceramics that the lamps have, it serves as something, if not, what case would it be to put it on, it may turn on the spotlight, but it may also be what occasions it goes out soon after, although it could also be that the fault is in the ballast, but the only way to confirm it would be by approving it with another lamp. I hope I have been able to help you. Your friend Projector Center www.centraldeproyectores.com
