Hello friends of the forum. I have a 40-inch Samsung screen model un40k5300aafxzx. The fault is that it turns on the audio but there is no brightness, the screen is dark and I saw on the back side that the LEDs do not have a low light but turn on some suggestion that Aser would appreciate. Thank you
