What you have to measure rs if you have lvds signals and for that you need an oscilloscope or a lvds signal detecting tip. On youtube there are videos to arm the lvds tip. minimum for these new generation tvs.

Good my dear victor excuse me that I could not answer .... but I tell you that I did some tests on the flexes of the screen and some tricks putting tape and I managed to get the image out but I get 2 strips at a very bright side ... The short one is on the side of the screen I was lifting 5 pins of the flex of the screen of the broken side and it did not turn out to me .... apparently it is a screen failure or you think my friend Victor

It is an internal problem of the panel or an internal detachment of the flex attached to the panel. For solution, change the panels
