Measure the voltage on each pin of the tuner must have 33volt. + 5volt and 4.7volt. in the agc. if you have the correct shape, you disassemble the shroud and carefully solve it inside, do not leave welds together. if the fault does not improve you change the tuner for another that is equal to that. regards
