Hi, I have a lg 42lb5800 tv the light of Stanby turns on 3 times and the TV does not turn on. I already measured the voltages at the source I have 3.5v, 12v, 24v. I did a visual inspection and nothing abnormal is observed. What I do notice is like a sibildo on a plate that is just above the power button. Thank you
