hello buddy: if the fuse burns check the rectifier bridge if there is no diode in short ... check the Q801 mosfet in source if it is not short ... remove the Q402 from the clamp to see if the + b of 103v is restored in C825 of 47mfx160v ... check ptc ... and oscillator of source lc801 ... in these cases it is necessary to connect a 200w filament lamp between the tv and the electric network or in the place of the fuse to avoid possible short in the source and not damage components ... if there is short the lamp will illuminate to the maximum ... greetings!
