Almost all mosfet bring an internal zener not to say that everyone can differ if they put them graphically or not in the data sheet, the mosfet that needs for its numbers is 7 amps to 600v, the one that wants to put by its numbers is 40 amperes 30v is much higher amperage but lower voltage so it does not serve as a substitute. If you can put a mosfet of greater amperage and greater voltage to extend its useful life, as long as it does not have another damaged component such as its oscillator circuit, since if this is the case it does not matter if the mosfet is greater the same it will be damaged. ...regards.

Thank you Victor for your clarification I will do my best to get the right one I tell you that I already have it working with two mosfet that I take out of a 32 "Samsung source but they are 6 Amprios and the case is if I'm not wrong it is normal assembly TO220 but I do not dare to leave them because as I said before it is 6A for that reason I asked them if there was no problem placing one of greater amperage.
