Hi, I have this TV that already changes all the capacitors of the secondary and it stays the same. I plug it in and turn on the stanby. I press the power button and it feels to hit the relay. But it does not start. I repeatedly press the power button and start. what medi were the 180. And I only have 124v. But after it starts it goes up to 178v what is the problem
