Good day. Yesterday morning my monitor worked fine. Black edges appeared at night. It only happens when Windows starts. My PC has: Windows 10 PRO 64 bits Gforce GTX 1650 video card Quian HD monitor model QM2380F I already tried to uninstall driver, reinstall without success, there are no drivers on the official website and advanced GeForce options as well as screen scale and nothing. Thanks for the help in advance.

Check that the definition established from Windows corresponds to the compatible ones determined in the manual, and links to the form factor of the image (4: 3, 16: 9, ...) of your screen. Thanks the solution was very simple. It turns out that the back button that serves to turn on has submenus that I did not know, pressing it turns it on and off and pressing it up modifies the screen also when pressing it to the right throws a menu of options and downwards gives another menu. In conclusion this problem is solved by pressing up such button. All for not reading the user manual. thank you all I leave the question for lost futures like me uu


