The voltage that comes from the source towards the LEDs (backlight) is not stable, the multimeter marks me 61v then goes down 52v then goes up 62v goes down again 53v and so it is not stable at any time

I already changed capacitors and the fault is still going on, but I am checking the voltages that go to the main card and the only stable ones are 13v there are no stanby voltages, I am suspecting that the main card is short.

you would have to check the regulator circuitsr, test voltages, it could be tb error of the EPROM, if that is what you would have to reprogram the memory and that corrects the fault, OK ..
