Hello, because that does not turn on, the source had two 470uf 25v electrolytic ones that changed them for about 680uf 25v with which I checked the rest changing almost all but two, measured capacity, esr etc, mount everything and when before only the LED flashed Now even that is not just a flicker on the screen but practically invaluable, any advice? Will it have to do to have more capacitors that I put? I must also say that the voltages 12v and 5v are unstable and sometimes do not appear, thanks
