Hi. The fault seems to be on the screen and the solution is usually to change it. Having an all in one is all integrated into the monitor. You will have 2 options: go to a service (official or not) of monitors and change the screen (sometimes you can even try a hot repair) being careful not to damage the pc part and the other option is (if you equipment has vga or hdmi output) connect an external monitor and use the all in one as if it were a traditional cpu.
