Good morning friends, I hope you can help me to obtain the diagram of the chacis PWPC1521XXD1 since my monitor of the DELL brand does not turn me on the screen and it only remains in a dark image and it is barely possible to see the box that indicates that there is no video what which is normal since I have connected it without the VGA cable of the PC

It is a backlight failure, check the voltage of 12 Volts from the source output to the inverter and also the state of the transformer. Here is the Service Manual: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/768465/Dell-E153fpc.html

Thank you friend for the link and I told you that I already solved the problem, I found a coil with a slightly dry solder, which caused voltage variation and therefore the monitor protection system was activated. Thanks again and an apology for not sharing this information before.
