Hello friends of me I repair a TV monitor model M2550D-PSN arrived to my workshop with the problem that does not turn on when I uncover it, it has the plate of sending order to the burned-out card of my ignition some components, such as the smi brown capacitor, C120 and the C118 and C1120 are short, also a skoty diode S5100H of 100v 5A, (D100), a mosfet transistor 18T10GH that is 30v 0.1A (Q103) and has a 10uf 100v electrolytic that for me caused the short to be spent.I don't know if I will find these answers I wanted to know what value smi brown layers are and I didn't find a replacement for the mosfet and the diode, thanking your help as always.
