Greetings colleagues this DVD arrived at my workshop without lighting, checking the voltages of the source in the secondary I get with 3 characteristic voltages of these sources one of 3.3 volts, one of 5 volts and one of 12 volts, all voltages are unstable and rise and fall, the one that is closest is the one of 3.3 that when measuring it ranges from 2.9 to 3.2 volts, the other 2 are quite far from its value. Measure the diodes and resistance of the source and they are fine, if any colleague has experience with these DVD sources, all your suggestions will be welcome and grateful.

Hello Friend. check the filters that are there near the 12volt and 5volt output. it may be the primary filter that is undervalued or the opto coupler. do this with the source disconnected from the other inserts

I replaced 2 filters one of 1000 micro for 10 volts and another of 470 micro for 16 volts but on the side of the pzd21primario I got a short zener diode named on the card as the PZD21 but you do not see its acronym to the physicist, if someone has the diagram of this card its code is AK41-00947A

friend. there I can’t because I don’t have diagrams but look at what number the screen-printed diode has there on the body with a magnifying glass you can see

Friend, that DVD arrived 1 week ago, but the osiller was damaged, the pic1 did not find a solution, so I found a source to which I still so I proceed to explain how it works and I know this source

I just put a source with 12 volts and 5 volts, I only coupled it to the output of voltages and I raise that is why I know the source will explain how the error comparator regulates

Did you just put 12 and 5 volts? And how did you do with the voltage of 3.3 volts?

The 3.3 v is taken by a regulator friend that is already mounted

the diode pzd21 that is damaged is 19volts x1 / 2watt with respect to the voltages this source delivers two primary voltages one of 12 volts that comes out of pds31 rectified by pes31 and that blocks it q1p1s is an smd lets it pass when power is given, the 5 volts come out through pds33 filtered by pes33 pls32 pes34 now these 5 volts are also used and leave 1n4004 to a voltage regulator of 3.3 v type smd pics3 pin1 input 2 gnd and 3 output 3.3v through pes36, but the 5 volts is also used for sampling to stabilize the source, it leaves between sb360 and pes33 to prd32 from 220 ohm to the optocoupler path and prd from 1k to pin 2 of icm803 of pin 2 of the opto comes out a resistor prs32de 1k and 1 capacitor pcs32 of 100nF q enters pin 1 of the ic m803 and from this pin 1 1 prs34 3k resistor comes out to pin 3 of the icm803 and gnd also from pin1 comes out prs35 of 3k and there are prs36 of 330ohm that reaches the positive of pes34

Thanks for commenting leasmacruz, try all the components you tell me and all are within the parameters ... I have to change the zener that is short but before checking again ...

Check all the components you mentioned and all are ok, I replaced the diode with the 18 volt zener and the work dvd worked, I just did a little maintenance on the mechanism and the optical and is currently 100 percent operational thanks to the help to all colleagues
