Help vhs does not turn on

Hello people !!! .... my name is Diego .... I am new to the Forum .... I have a question ..... I have a VHS RCA MODEL VT-N82 with channel tuner .... serves to watch TV too .... the issue is that she is dead .... not even a sign of stagnation of stanby ..... I have read that sometimes the cassette mechanism is screwed and blocks the ignition circuit ... therefore it does not let you watch TV and goes out ..... what I want to do is remove the entire mechanism of the cassette .... that is to cancel the VHS forever ... is something that already it is not used anymore .... I want to be able to recover the part to see the TV. Now ..... I already removed the mechanism .... I started to check the source ..... I changed a large capacitor of 400v x 47 pfu that gave me suspicion .... clean the rotary switch. ... I turned it manually ..... I finally did some things and nothing .... still dead .... NEVER LEFT THE WRONG. I also read on the Internet that these devices of vhs with tv included have sensors and you have to place resistances or something between the sensors to make the machine believe that the vhs mechanism is set .... this part I do not understand very well ... .If anyone can help me in this part, I would appreciate it very much .... this topic is giving me a lot of headaches ... if this sensor does not work ... maybe continue with other components of the source .... the other big suspect I have in mind is the integrated circuit .... I NEED HELP PLEASE !!!

Hi, I don't know about this equipment, but since a DVD must have the power supply for the different ones, it works, you already checked if the source works and delivers the output voltages for example to the vhs player if the source does not work the rest will not work if you can upload photos Greetings .

Hello flacovargas2006 .... look .... already check from the source of the current ... that is first cable .... then the source .... at first glance there seems to be no damaged component .... the capacitors are fine (they were not swollen - I changed them for the doubts and nothing .... haha ... the C of the source are not many anyway .... the biggest is the one mentioned above ... the one with 400v) .... the resistors are not in bad shape ..... the diodes are fine .... I have no idea what happens ... I will give you a couple of photos .... THANKS FOR RESPONDING !!! .. How are the photos uploaded in this forum ???

Hi, can you take the voltage to the 400volt capacitors to know if it receives voltage, does the equipment power switch work? at the entrance of the sources there is always a fuse did you check that? Greetings .

This board does not have a common fuse (the typical small glass cylinder).
