Hello colleagues, I am trying to calibrate this Tecnocor PPN-40 scale. I have already done the calibration to other PPR models without problems, but with this I cannot enter. Right here I have seen solutions that comment on using different procedures but none have worked for me, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, if they help me. The procedure that I believe is the correct one is that you hold down the M1 key while you turn on the scale and after a few seconds the message pwd appears on the screen, then type 7931 and then again M1, and then He supposes that he should go to the parameters but he stays for a while and then enters normal mode. I thought maybe it wasn't the right key but I've been searching and I can't find anything else. I have also tried leaving the pre emp. When turning it on but it goes into normal mode, or I do it with the X key, but nothing, also remove a jumper marked as J5 that commented on another post but not even that way. I don't really know what the correct procedure is, and I just need to calibrate it so I can deliver it to the customer. The scale is like that of the image with LCD displays (they are not red LED display, those if they enter with the first procedure I describe), but the keyboard is the same although with other colors, but they are the same keys and positions.
