Hello good afternoon. Clean the head with a swab and alcohol, if you have better isopropyl alcohol, it is what they send in the cleaning kit along with the balance. You are supposed to turn it off, disconnect it from electricity by doubts, and only pass the swab and let it dry for a reasonable time before reconnecting. Don't spend anything else, because you can burn or break the thermal head. Comment how it went.
