Hi. I hope someone can help me solve this problem. In my 300kg dahongying digital scale we turn it on normally, connected to electric power, when after a while it simply turned off, so we changed the electric power cable to check if that was the problem (we put a computer one because it is the one we had at hand). With this he turned on but the 3 screens and the sound of an alarm began to flash. What could be the problem and how to solve it?
