Hello Goodnight. The problem you mention, if you have already ruled out the dirt problem, because it has been thoroughly cleaned, it has to be electrolytic. Above all, those that are at the output of regulators 7805 and 7905. I also knew how to do, the integrated circuit that does the switching of the operational input of the cell. Hi, thanks for the suggestion, I told you that I had already replaced all the electrolics since I assumed that the fault would come from there, but without result, finally and noting that the heatsink of the 7805 regulator heated too much to replace said regulator and the Failure was corrected, it is seen that it was failing, the strange thing about all this is that at the entrance of the cell were always the 10 VDC and stable, I was left with the doubt, possibly the fault was with variations of tension that the cell detected but the multimeter not, greetings!
